Next to the pink and white S.Francisco barracks and Military Club, the garden consists of flower beds between wide paths which lead up to a fine double stone staircase. On the upper level is a round tower built to honour the combatants of the First World War but now converted into Headquarters for the Association for the Handicapped. The garden is a favourite meeting place for students from nearby schools.
